All athlete registrations must be submitted online by this date to avoid a $15 late fee per athlete.
Please note: NO REFUNDS will be issued after this date.

Women Dev & xcel:
Invoices:
Your gym will receive an official invoice via email from accounting@nextera-seattle.com by October 20, 2026.
*If you want to pay earlier, please email accounting@nextera-seattle.com to receive your invoice before October 20th.
Payment Deadline:
November 1, 2026 (postmarked by)
Any unpaid balance after this date will incur a 5% late fee every 7 days until paid in full. First late fee will be issued November 8, 2026.
Updates After Invoice:
If you add athletes after receiving your invoice, a supplemental invoice will be issued reflecting updated registrations and any applicable fees.
Late Registrations:
Registrations submitted after October 15, 2026 will incur a $15 late fee per athlete.

Registration Closure:
Registration will close once the meet is full or on October 15, 2026, whichever comes first.
If you need to ADD or SCRATCH an athlete, please email info@nextera-seattle.com
Any scratches after the October 15, 2026 deadline will NOT be refunded.
Pre-Registration Deposits:
If you pre-registered, your $500 deposit will be applied as a credit to your final invoice.
